Flux Ninjas is a dedicated ninja and parkour training facility built for kids and adults who want to move, climb, jump, and flip — all in a safe, structured, and incredibly fun environment.

From toddlers taking their first leaps to teens working on flips — we have a program built for every age and ability.
Little Ninjas
Introduction to movement, balance, and obstacle courses through play-based activities. Building confidence one jump at a time.
Junior Ninjas
Structured training on the full obstacle course — monkey bars, warped walls, rope climbs, and more. Skills-based progression system.
Teen & Adult Ninja
High-intensity training sessions focused on parkour fundamentals, ninja obstacles, and functional fitness. Push your limits.
Spartan Sundays
Obstacle course race prep every Sunday at 8 AM. Functional fitness, obstacle drills, and OCR-specific conditioning. Train like a Spartan — finish like one.
Open Gym
Freestyle sessions where athletes practice skills, work on personal goals, and tackle the full course at their own pace.
Ninja Parties
Rent the entire gym for an unforgettable birthday party. Dedicated ninja coach, full obstacle course, and party space. Typically held Saturdays — reach out to inquire about alternate days.
Bouldering
Tackle our bouldering and rock climbing walls. Build grip strength, problem-solving skills, and vertical confidence — no ropes needed.
School Programs
Curriculum-aligned sessions for schools and homeschool groups. We bring the fun while meeting PE and motor skill development goals.

Coach Courtney
Courtney brings a lifetime of athletic achievement to every class — from the dance stage to the competition floor to the ninja course. Her energy, technique, and passion for movement makes her an incredible coach for athletes of every age and level.

Coach Joe
A veteran and elite ninja athlete, Joe has competed on the national and world stage multiple times. He brings discipline, technical mastery, and a competitive edge to Flux — and a genuine love for helping athletes discover what they're capable of.
