8am we start moving

All ages and skill levels welcome.

Obstacle Course Race (OCR) training can be daunting but ours is built to meet you where you are and guide you to your goal.

Being signed up for an OCR is not a requirement for class.

Pushing yourself (not to the point of hurting yourself) is a requirement.

Each class will involve:

  • 5 minute warm up

  • 15 minutes of obstacle skills and technique building

  • 30 minute course circuit

  • 5 minute burn out challenge

  • 5 minute cool down

    Obstacles and skills you will learn to conquer:

  • rings

  • wall climbs

  • obstacles in the state of exhaustion

  • rope climbs

  • hoists 

  • heavy carries

  • grip strength

  • balance 

  • running form 

  • etc.
